Simple! I would NOT recommend one particular doctor as she seems not to care and comes across as though she can not be mithered with the patient. I was examined for lumps in the armpit, fully clothed and sat on the chair. I know for a fact this is not the way you examine someone for armpit lumps. Also my granddaughter was seen by the same Dr, not examined properly again, two days later saw another doctor and numerous things wrong so put on antibiotics. This doctor also sorted out my armpit lumps and luckily after being referred I am ok. 10 out of 10 for the second doctor. RECEPTIONISTS ARE GREAT ALSO.

The receptionist are amazing and polite and help as much as they can and honestly don't get recognised as much as they should. The doctors are amazing, there is no rush when you are in your appointment they help as much as possible. Not being rushed helps us patients bond better with the doctor

Best patient experiences here of all the doctors surgery's I've been to in my life. I saw a wide range of doctors, and found all of them to be efficient, competent and reassuring - whether dealing with physical or mental illness. I felt informed and supportive. I received appointments quickly, including an emergency mental health appointment. With one exception, my appointment has run on time +/- 10 minutes. Reception staff have always been patient, accommodating and responsive. I have now moved out of the area, but would like to thank all staff for their hard work and for treating me with dignity and care throughout my time with them.
