Having never experienced mental health issues before I was worried about how the doctors would react to my problem. The Doctor was very understanding and gave me excellent advice and support for which I am very grateful.

I recently attended the surgery with a respiratory problem. I was seen quickly in open surgery and given antibiotics but there was little improvement after a week so I returned. Again I was seen quickly, an X ray was organised and then a further prescription. My problem has been reviewed regularly, my worries were listened to and reassurance given. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and prompt service. When I visited the practice nurse for routine bloods I was reminded that I hadn't had a pneumonia vaccine and I also needed to have a flu one too. I have always found the other members of staff that I've seen to be efficient, friendly and courteous. Keep up the good work Dial House.
