I along with my family have been patients for many years . We have always been dealt with respect and understanding . All the staff are very helpful and courteous . The GPs always listen to our problems attentively . Once I had a problem with my prostate , the GP quickly arranged Specialist appointment and I received specialist treatment and thank God resolved my health problem . I felt that my GP practice was always there to help andsupport me . I could not thank them enough The receptionist are well trained to deal with patients with good understanding The surgeries are well run . I have never experienced any problems on my visits to The surgery | |||||||

I moved from my previous gp surgery after 43 years because I could never get through to reception always engaged or never answered, I registered myself and my partner and can honestly say we have been looked after, we have both had to have numerous appointments and me especially have been seen by the nurse on quite a few occasions. From the reception staff to the nurse and Dr i would like to say thank you.
I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good service from a gp surgery. | |||||||

I think a lot of theses reviews are made up.i very rarely go to see a docter.last tome must be over 5 years ago.ive be registered at this surgery for around 25 years.in this time I only ring when theres something serious. Like today an ear infection. All I get is ring up at 8am?when I do I get try tomorrow there all gone appointments?? I carnt afford to keep ringing as I work.also you no what there gonna say when you do? There all full?? So there was must be a lot of lazy sods around there that have nothing better to do?or its friends of friends in that surgery?? Worse docters surgery ever.i rest my case!!!!! | |||||||
