I am very concerned about what is happening with this practice surgery. I have been trying to book an appointment and it seems to be impossible. The staff told me that I can just speak with the doctor on the phone and he will give me a call and I find it ridiculous because I am really in pain most of the time with a worse knee and back pain and need to see a doctor. my baby had 4 vaccines in one go, she only 12 months and so poorly right now. The worry is that the nurse did not really explain to me what all those 4 vaccines are about. She just said that it is the 12 months ones and I have to sign to give my contentment. After that, my baby has been sent home without any medicine such as paracetamol. I was informed that I have to search for it myself. Please, I wonder if someone could also help me to understand if that it is normal for a 12 months baby to have 4 vaccines at the same time? Since the Covid 19 crisis, people feel neglect and abuse by the care system and failures are more significant today. We feel hopeless, need changes and helps.

Trying to get an appointment for my husband who has alzheimer's. It is impossible. Tried to access via patch but that will not work..they keep asking me to verify email address and I follow the links but it still won't accept it. 6 times I have tried I am very worried about him. It is frustrating and the receptionist is no help whatsoever.

The system they use is absolutely ridiculous, (Daily basis Appts) .....you cannot book an appointment for the same week, staff tell you to ring up between 8am and 9am to get a same day appointment, making it very difficult for parents who have to take their children to school between these times, receptionist is not very helpful to say the least, and they wonder why there are a considerable amount of people taking up A&E time because they can't book an appointment for the same week.
