The practice is run by amateurs. The surgery is always empty whenever I go, but make you call in the morning to secure a telephone consultation, which they don’t let you know & you get 1 call and if you miss it you have to rebook. What a complete utter joke. People are not glued to there phones all day. We have jobs we attend to that we have to put our phone away. If they could be more punctual on the times then they wouldn’t get a bad reputation.

I am very disappointed with this practice and have had so many issues since registering. The clinicians are always running late and the reception staff do not inform the patients unless you go and ask them after waiting for so long. I waited 1 hour only to be told that the gp is not even here to see patients. Every morning you call and are told there is no appointments left and nothing to book in advance either. They dont prioritise babies and just direct you to another service who tell you to see your own gp. As far as I was aware there should be urgent appointments available for infants. This surgery needs better management and more appointments or telephone triage to offer their patients.
