My mum is now functionally blind and in receipt of attendance allowance, due to the poor care provided by Croft Shifa over the last 18 months. Staff are breathtakingly rude when you contact them, and simply fob you off. I work in public service and am absolutely shocked at the lack of care from this practice. | |||||||

No one answers the phones when you ring at 8am, always get an automated message saying they are busy.. terrible service | |||||||

I telephoned to try and book an evening/weekend appointment, I did this as I was unable to book an appointment during the day as the telephone does not get answered and when it finally does I'm told that all the appointments for the day are full and to call back tomorrow. When I call back the follow day, I'm again told all the appointments and to call again the following day, this has gone on for a week. So, I decided to NHS website for this surgery and book an evening appointment for the same day (as shown on the NHS website) unfortunately this surgery does not offer same day evening appointments or appointments for the weekend. I was to call back again tomorrow at 11am to book and evening appointment for next wk. The information about the services offered by this GP surgery and its NHS website are incorrect. | |||||||
