Been having problems since September when I contacted the surgery will tried to pass me off to the chemist, I know i needed to see a doctor and after being more than insistent finally got to see a 'advanced practitioner' what a waste of time he fobbed me off and I fell for it. Still with the same symptoms i again contacted the surgery in March and insisted to see a G.P. only to receive a phone call from a 'advanced practitioner ' I give her my symptoms and explained that I had been suffering for the last 6 months she asked different questions and sent me for tests on a totally different issue. In April again contacted the surgery and insisted on seeing the doctor as my original symptoms were still present on finally seeing dr Parton I have now been sent for cancer testing. THIS surgery is playing with peoples lives Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! And the receptionist are totally useless and ruthless be better off working for Putin!!!!

The receptionist are so rude and so unethical to the patients calling for help. The last 12 times I’ve called up over the last two years I’ve spent probably 30 hours in a&e instead

The management ticks the boxes for day-to-day work but no more, The doctors' role seems to be taken over by nurses. The receptionists give the impression that the patients are a bother, and the sign-in machine has more empathy
