This review and the ratings along side it are in relation to one particular GP & the nursing staff In the practice. Being a nursing Sister myself I have worked with a variety of health professionals and Dr’s however I have never experienced a Dr more dedicated, thoughtful & professional than the underneath. Said GP is extremely professional, trustworthy, approachable, compassionate & profoundly knowledgeable. She has cared for both myself & my children of late and has been nothing but amazing. Nothing is ever too much for this Dr, she goes above and beyond for her patients and I suspect she would for her staff also. I have heard many persons in the waiting room comment on her being a great Dr and that they do not mind waiting to see her as she deals with everyone accordingly and with genuine attention. Just recently I have had a number of health issues with both myself and my new baby and she has been ever so thoughtful, attentive & professional. Ensuring I got the best possible care & hospital treatment that was required. When events have been sensitive for little ears, said Dr has even attempted to distract my older child with books and stickers in attempt to take a full evaluation of the situation, in aid to find the best course of treatment. I cannot give enough thanks to this Dr. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for other individuals whom make you feel small and as if you are wasting their time. :( If there was an award I could nominate this amazing Dr for, I would. The nursing staff are always professional, kind and courteous and put you at ease. Some of the reception/admin staff are extremely polite and attempt to help where they can.

I recently transferred to this surgery due to the lack of being able to get an appointment at my previous GP Practice. The staff couldn't be more helpful in helping me transfer over seamlessly. I have subsequently been to see the GP and made 2 follow up appointments online and in very reasonable time. I have found the whole experience to be very different from previous experiences and cannot thank everyone involved enough. I have often put off visits to see the GP due to the unhelpful nature of my previous practice where it almost felt like they were doing you a big favour, however the experience here was different, there was a caring aura given off as if they were willing to invest time and effort into your health and well being. I would highly commend and recommend using this practice if my first experiences are to go by.
