I have only recently signed up to this practice, but today I needed to make an appointment. I made the booking online and was able to be seen within an hour of making the appointment. The process was hassle-free.
Wait time was not too long and the practice is clean with lots of information and notices available. | |||||||

Ive been with this gp practice for years and i can honestly say that everytime i have an appointment with one dr i could out feeling stupid and degraded especially if its for my children always come out with no help, i took my child today and he made me feel stupid because id not taken a urine sample, i explained i havent got anything to put one in and wasnt told to bring one . He continued to make me feel like i was wasting his time as he always does and i explained he needs it checked as hes not himself and sleepy and his response was well hes alert! I was sent on my way with no urine pot or nothing and feeling like rubbish, this happens everytime i personally see this DR the other two doctors are really nice and welcome any concern and listen which he does not | |||||||

I have only been a patient at the practice for the last 12 months but in that time I can say without a doubt that the doctors I have seen have been fantastic.
I can always get an appointment and all the staff go above and beyond in so many ways.
The surgery is always clean and clutter free.
The notices around are informative.
I am signed up to patient access and this is brilliant, I can book an appointment using the app and order my medications whilst sat on the train going to work.
