after not having access to a hospital bed, I chose to try and get better at home because of having home based oxygen and nebulisers. I only asked for a new face mask for the oxygen cylinder, everyone told me to go to my GP. They refused myself one, and told me to use 999 for ambulance service and to get back to A and E. they hide behind a and e services all the time and clog up those waiting rooms for other critically ill patients. they do not want to engage with patients and cannot wait for you to leave. I ma never abusive with the staff or receptionists, but they do frustrate you when both practice manager, deputy practice manager finance manager , secretaries and insurance handling manager are all off together on a Friday. I could not speak to anyone about my complaint | |||||||
