A joke of a GP practice. Missed diagnosed my child 3 times and me once. Takes 3-4 days to get through to the phone, even by ringing as they open up. Asked for a test and got meds instead, which made my condition worse. Still waiting for a new appointment, for the one that was cancelled since November 2021. Really sad to be putting people through this. The NHS needs to be more selective about employing gps that don't have a clue or refuse to do the job professionally. Sad that the one who should care don't.

Made an appointment for a flu jab & too the morning off work to attend this. On arriving at the surgery I was told this appointment was made in error & there was no one available to give me the injection. Surely this should have been noticed & I could have been informed earlier. I have underlining health conditions & it’s important I have this injection. This is not the first problem I have had with this surgery. I am definitely considering a move to a different practice

This GP is absolutely the worst, submitted my application for registration for 2 months with no feedback on my application status. Rang severally and all I am being told is I am yet to be registered and they are short staffed, the ladies answering the phone all seem eager to just get me off the phone once they have given their automated response. Just terribly annoying considering I have got 2 children due for immunization.
