Unfortunately this practice has significantly lost its way. There a number of big issues this practice needs to look at and urgently. - Appointments with a doctor are taking on average 2-3 weeks, unless you call on the day to make emergency appointment. My Asthma review was nearly 3 months! - Unable to see the same doctor rather due to issues with appointment or regularly changing the doctors. - I recently saw one of the temporary doctors. He seemed to know very little about a previous condition and I was asked what he would like him to do!? In addition, I was asked which anti- bionics I would like! In addition, my family have had issues with this doctor which has recently come to light which I cant go into on here, however I can assure you shows very bad patient care and poor management. One thing I will say, is the practice has very good nurses. Always willing to take time to explain things. However, big failings on the doctors side.

I used to be really satisfied with the service but over the last few months things have changed. Every time I try to make an appointment I have to see a different doctor. I know all the information is available for them but I don't think it helps patient doctor relationships as what is written down is not the whole ptctutre. Looking at someone is far more important for the whole ptctutre. I was sent to ICC for an x-ray and on entering the x-ray room I was told that they didn't x-ray ribs! Surely the doctor should have known this?
