Corkland Medical Centre hangs up every time I call. They make it impossible to speak to anyone, let alone a doctor and I need an emergency phone call appointment as I can’t leave the house. No other practice has vacancies in this area so I’ve been stuck for 25 years at this failing practice.

The worst medical practice I have ever seen in my life. No professionalism, service, care or proper conduct. Both GPs and the administrative staff are inept and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend you stay away from this practise and call for it to be shut down. Complaints go unanswered, requests that are life or death are treated with skepticism and you are not responded to. There is no proper customer care, administration or due diligence. Secretaries and receptionsist are regularly rude and inept.

Unfortunately the worst medical practice I have been at, with ironically the most amount of staff in reception who would rather sit and chat than check in with their job, expect zilch response, care & conduct. Especially a certain male member of the staff who seems incredibly inept of the job role and sector. With no customer care, admin capabilities or due diligence which would go with the role. Rude and unfortunately not skilled at all in the role and responsibility caring for the public which is bestowed on them which is very relevant when discussing with people who have since left this surgery and dealt with said person! Some serious management is needed here to get this practice up to scratch with the modern age and in fact normality of standards expected in care for the wider public ????Who rely on decent humans to care for them.
