This GP make it very difficult to make an appointment. All patients are asked to make appointments on the website. The website is not very user friendly and becomes very frustrating when attempted to be used by the older less tech-savvy patient. This has left my mother in a position that she is unable to make an appointment until she is assisted. Even when going into the GP practice to request an appointment my mother is faced unhelpful staff that send her back to the website.

I have been with practice for 20 years,unfortunately I have always found it difficult to make an appointment at the time I need it.if I am I’ll now an appointment 3 weeks later is not good enough.This not changed over the years it’s gone worse.I am 70 years old,my ihealth issues have not been cured.I am living with them.This practice is a killing agency.
