This practice is a disgrace, the management team are absolutely clueless and an utter shambles, they have no clue how to run a practice or engage with their patients, a stain on the medical profession. The doctors are great, knowledgeable and go the extra mile, but the team around them don't understand 2 way communication and use pathetic excuses in return. Calls booked online that never happen on time, having to chase for days on end to get answers, speaking to people who have no patient engagement skills whatsoever.

Bad treatment, especially the doctor’s appointments by phone, and the reception staff do not have the minimum.

Thanks for my Coronavirus shot this afternoon. Smooth, friendly, efficient- what more could one ask for? I just wish people in the Global South were getting vaccinated with a People's Vaccine and BigPharma were as caring as you are.
