While some GPs leave much To be desired, some are absolutely excellent in every aspect of their practice. I find it difficult to understand how such dichotomy in standards can co - exist in one practice. Clinical leadership is obviously inadequate, with a willingness to endorse or perhaps encourage behaviour towards patients which flouts standards st by the parliamentary ombudsman for health and social care.

We’ve been with this practice for more than 30 years and the last few years things have gone from excellent to terrible the bigger the practice got the worse it become. To see a GP after having an operation that was referred from them will take nearly 8 weeks just to have telephone appointment to explain still having problems after the said operation is no help at all.
