Never have i been so upset and angry at being spoken to the way i was spoke to tonight . Firstly the doctor refused to see me for being 10 mins late knowing their had been a major accident on the main road leading to it was still not willing to see me even after me asking if i could wait to end of his or her clinic I was still refused . I explained to the receptionist who was unbelievable rude that i only needed to see the doctor to be referred to wgich i was told "the doctors don't work for me" the doctor had seen me a week before with a nasty lump to the head have no idea where it come from and is causing me massive headaches I was still sent home and told to come bk if still their in 7 days I should never have just been sent home without further investigation . I'm now 11 days into having this lump and thanks to this surgery I am no nearer to knowing why and still in alot of pain because of it . | |||||||

All the doctors and staff have looked after me and my family since they opened in 1992. I have always trusted them 100%.the quality of their genuine care and support has always been outstanding.they have proved how good they are yet again with their knowledge and quick thinking.without them my child would have become very poorly.even the doctors at the hospital said they should be congratulated for their quick thinking.
