I WENT INTO THE SURGERY TO ASK IF SOMEONE CAN LOOK AT MY LEG, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOBODY WHO COULD DO THIS AS THEY WERE BUSY. I WAS TOLD TO RING AT 8AM THE NEXT MORNING. OR GO TO EMERGENCY CARE. THE NEXT MORNING I WAS ON THE PHONE AT 8AM WAITING TO BE PUT THROUGH TO A RECEPTIONIST. I WAS THEN TOLD THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED, AND TO RING AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING. OR GO TO EMERGENCY CARE. I HAVE HIGH ANXIETY LEVELS SO THIS DIDN'T HELP ME. THE RECEPTIONIST DOES NOT KNOW MY CIRCUMSTANCES. SO ANOTHER DAY I WOULD RING. WILL I GET THE SAME ANSWER ? TO SIT HOUR'S IN A AND E WHEN IT WOULD ONLY TO 5 MINUTES TO HAVE A QUICK LOOK AT MY LEG. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING | |||||||

Ask my go useless they turn off requests before 9.30am despite it meant to be a 7 day a week service 24hours fir requests. It's. About time GPs went back to working how did ore covid like the rest of workers have done. Covid now just an excuse. Telephone consults are useless water of resources. Bring back face to face appointments and regular checks for this that need them | |||||||
