My family has been at this surgery since 1975. There have been some fabulous doctors at the practice but over the last 6/7 years the practice has gone from bad to shocking. Snotty receptions (when they answer the phone) To see a doctor in virtually impossible only telephone consultations and very abrupt and lack of understanding when talking to them. My wife and I left this shambolic practice in December 2022. I would advise others to seek another practice this one should in my opinion should be closed permanently.

Unable to even get a call answered to book an appointment. As soon as automated answer finishes, says all receptionists busy and line goes dead. This is a constant problem. Been trying to get a call answered for 2 weeks. Unable to walk into surgery as door still locked. Absolute joke !!

I tried to book an appointment. Askmygp doesn't seem to be working and on the phone it always says a receptionist is unavailable. So how do I proceed?
