Received a phone call from this practice, although not a patient with this practice I do have other family members in Bolton. I answered the call the lady said where she was calling from, as I didn’t recognise the name I said pardon but she just hung up. She didn’t know who I was, why I was calling. Manners cost nothing and a quick question would have resolved the issue. Very unprofessional and only too pleased this isn’t my practice.

I have been waiting all day for a phone call from the Dr. I have not received a phone call. No text or cancellation from the practice. The waiting times are ridiculous and I have tried to contact reception several times but I’ve not had any luck. As a HCP myself I know how hard it can be but this is just ridiculous. The least the practice can do incase of a cancellation is let the patient know. I’ve been struggling with a few issues for a couple of years now but I don’t think the GP cares. No onward referral has been made to secondary care. Looks like the practice isn’t well led. I’m surprised they scored a good for their CQC rating. As the service they provide is very poor. Looks like it might be time to change my practice
