My father who suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis booked an appointment which he had to wait 2 weeks as there was no availability however a week later my father had a severe flare up and contacted the surgery via the emergency appointment route. The receptionist was extremely rude and abrupt not showing any empathy towards my fathers situation who is unable to treat himself with any over the counter drugs which provide relief as he suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. She explained we would receive a callback and when we did instead of giving an appointment for the same day which is the normal procedure she said my father would have to wait two days to be seen and that too would be an emergency appointment where we’d have to wait till the end of the day until the GP has seen all the allotted patients. Totally disappointed with the lack of respect and empathy shown towards my fathers condition.

Terrible service takes 2 weeks to book an appointment even then they can’t stick to the timing. Waited one hour from the time of my supposed appointment time also many people who arrived after me went in before me when I asked for an explanation from the terrible receptionist I was told she was unable to comment on other patients.
