As a family we have all had poor treatment. Lack of knowledge. Dr has used Google a number of times. So much so it's become a standard joke in our household. A family member is now quite poorly, despite visiting the surgery numerous times with symptoms that to a doctor would be text book and easy to pick up..... Not here though. As a result now quite poorly. It really very poor. We have often found over the years they are quite reticent to listen. I would like to add we don't visit often mainly because they really are rubbish. With regards to the reception staff they are very good and always nice and polite, however it's worth noting you can always get a same day appointment, which tells you something. We are now in the process of moving doctors.
