I have just been into this practice to collect some registration forms for a couple of young people that currently reside at a care home that I am supporting. The receptionist is by far the rudest person I have ever come across shouting where are you from when asking for registration forms Myself and I’m guessing another patient was speechless at how I was spoken to before her storming off to I assume get the forms. When she come back these was slammed infront of me and I was that disgusted I just walked out without picking them up. She then come after me and said you have forgotten these when infact I hadn’t I just don’t want children I work with being subject to this disgusting and unprofessional attitude. When I did confront her about her attitude she simply huffed and walked off with no remorse whatsoever I would avoid this practice ! When signing up to an nhs practice you expect the first impression to be a good one and this most definitely was not. They need to send their staff on some customer service training ! I wouldn’t of rated 1 star but I had to to leave the review |

This surgery is, in my opinion, completely inefficient. My husband put a request in for his repeat prescription in to the surgery in the middle of January, I went to the chemist on the following Tuesday and collected half of his prescription and was told that the other half would be ready to be picked up by Friday. I went to the chemist to collect and was told that they were sorry but it hadn't come through from the doctor's and that if I would call on Tuesday it would be ready, I called on Tuesday, same story, I called on Friday and was told that I had to check with the doctor, I went to the doctor and they said that they hadn't got the prescription and that it was with the chemist, by this time I was losing patience and I told them that the chemist had double-checked and it wasn't there, eventually they said that they would get the doctor to generate a prescription and that I could go back to collect it that afternoon, I told them that this was not acceptable, my husband had been waiting ten days for the medication that he needed to assist his breathing. This surgery is absolutely, disgustingly inefficient!!!!! |
