We have been with this practise for several years, in fact we moved to the practise to retain the services of one of the G.Ps. .The treatment we receive has never been less than superb. All the staff that we have come across have been helpful, considerate and, on many occasions I have felt have gone well beyond what could have been reasonably expected. One recent example was to help locate drugs i needed that were very difficult to find, my pharmacy could not locate. Another was a very speedy referral in the middle of all the difficulties associated with the pandemic. I think this practise makes excellent use of the multi-disciplinary team of health professionals to provide great care

I registered with this surgery 3years ago and never had a problem booking appointments for my wife or my 2 kids. Wether my concerns were small or big the surgery accommodated and never made me feel uncomfortable. initially when my wife was 4months pregnant and I could not get her registered at any surgery as we were living at my parents because other surgeries were asking for information we did not have such as tenancy agreement or bill in her name.I was rejected from many surgeries in Bolton until the the doctor or this surgery understood the distress and registered me with the identification we had e.g passport.The process was smooth and she used here common sense over everything and understood the reason she got in the job for was to help people and not fob them off especially a pregnant women. I would also like to thank all the staff who are always polite and very friendly.from the receptionist to the nurses.

I have today (10/07/2018), visited the surgery and found only excellent. The staff are very friendly and very helpful as are the Doctor's. I have only been with this practice just over 2 years and I couldn't wish for better treatment.
