I have been with the practice for 43 years and in all that time I have never had any problems at all. The doctors are very attentive and caring, giving each patient a very reasonable time slot.The same applies to the nurses and health workers, and as for the receptionists being rude I cannot believe it. The prescription phone line closed recently, so you can only order a repeat prescription on line ( email ) or by attending the surgery.h
