Whilst waiting for 35mins for a booked appointment a gentleman man came in for a repeat prescription he told the lady behind the desk he couldnt read /write she told him to fill out his form he has to do it, poor man sat there trying to figure out what to do couldn't even write his own name, I helped him myself he had even asked for help on arrival absolutely shocking! I'm not very good myself at spelling & writing but between the two of us we did it Think more disability awareness training needs to be done

The receptionist here is the most rude person ever and seems to think that she has some kind of power to deny gp appointments to patients and prevent new patients from registering here.

I have phoned numerous times 30 mins non stop and All I get is engaged tone,are the phones taken off the hook?have I to ring 111 or 999 to get a reply.Common sense would be to have more lines added now 40 mins ringing out.ARE YOU CLOSED ???
