Staff very rude and arrogant, I have a problem with a visit to the specialist. Very bad management, they should learn to be helpful to people |

I phoned for a appointment at approx 12.15. was told I was in position one. I waited on ?phone 20 minutes. when someone finally answered I asked why it had taken so long.? I was told they where so busy got no satisfactoryanswering calls for appointments I had had to wait till someone was available. I pointed out that on making the call my position was number one. Still got no satisfactory answer. can system not be improved? T.Lowe |

I cannot speak to highly of this practice. When I phone I have always got an appointment the same day. The reception staff most times recognise my voice and cannot be more helpful. Whenever there are new procedures that could benefit me they either phone or send an email. This part of the NHS works fine and I wouldn't want to lose it.
