Being able to get the time you want when booking on line also if it is an urgent appointment being able to see a doctor, and being elderly treated with care with nothing too much trouble. | |||||||

A brilliant doctors surgery with doctors that really care about their patients. They listen to you and always explain things thoroughly so you never leave the surgery unhappy because they have resolved any questions or worries that you had.

An excellent branch surgery whom I have been with for several years. I find the online appointment booking and prescription ordering system easy to use. I feel supported by the GP’s at the surgery and never judged so I can be open and honest with them at appointments, this is extremely helpful to someone with a degree of mental health and anxiety issues. I also find the reception / admin staff to be helpful when either talking to them on the phone or dealing with face to face. | |||||||
