I have had a condition treated at this surgery for the past 18 months, alongside a referral to Bolton royal. I have have never had an issue with the staff and feel that the number of 1 star ratings do not reflect this surgery. I hate to say say this but, those who aren’t being dealt with in the timely manor that they seek are probably not in need of the treatment that they feel they are entitled to. |

You can't ring in the morning as the phones are busy, takes me half an hour if not longer to get through when I'm desperate. You ring up later when the phones are free there's no appointments. I go onto the app a lot now as it's easier but there are still hardly any appointments on there. I used to be able to book weeks in advance but they don't do that anymore and it's rather frustrating. I had a referral to gp by hospital to get referrals for scans but they didn't receive the referral note asking them to send me for them. Doctor did bloods and urine and then basically told me I had nothing wrong, then why am I in pain constantly doing every day life? I cried Doctor the
referred me to physio because they felt sorry for me basically. physio are now asking me to come back to get the scans done as they think there's sonethething going on. Dreading it but needs to be done, it's been 2 weeks I've not been able to find an appointment so far. |
