Swan Lane Medical centre is perfect. They pay attention to everything you tell them and the GPs, the staff, the practitioners are all very helpful and do not hesitate to take their time and help you out and explain everything to you. They are very friendly. I have never been let down by them and they always treat me with a lot of respect and understanding. Thank You everyone.

Takes 3 weeks to get an appointment with a GP, you try and call in the morning for an appointment and can't get through and the male receptionist is rude no customer service skills whatsoever,.. such a shame as the Dr's are really good.
