Came in today to get some help with my 4 week old son who I'm sure has a milk intolerance, we tried to breastfeed but it didn't work, when seeing the gp she make a flipping comment about "breast is best" I know this is true but I don't need to be judged on this and made to feel small like I'm not doing the best for my son.
The female gp should be helping me but instead made me feel bad about myself and I don't need this as a 1st time mother. | |||||||

On multiple occasions on attending the practice I have found the reception staff to be completely ignorant. On numerous occasions whilst patiently waiting at the window, the receptionists will know I am waiting and will continue their conversations with other colleagues including nurses/HCPS about everyday life, sometimes actually turning their back towards us to finish their conversation off. If this conversation was about patients, or work related matters it would not be an issue, but the fact that you are waiting at reception sometimes for up to 5minutes whilst they talk about and complete their conversation about, for example, what happened in Sainsbury's is completely unprofessional. | |||||||

This is an outstanding practice. The receptionists are helpful and polite and the doctors and other medical staff always make time to listen to you carefully. I have used this practice for 45 years and would recommend it to anyone. | |||||||
