I've been trying to arrange travel vaccines over a period of three months. I've been given excuses from the fridge is broke. and told to go to another surgery and they told me I would have to see my practice nurse. I asked the practice manager on a recent visit for prescription I was given an appointment for flu injection and told that I could speak to practice manager about the travel vaccine and when I asled can I speak with her they informed me she was on holiday for a week. I was advised by reception the doctor would call me that day never received the call. eventually I called NHS england and they suggested that they may not be registered to provide this service surley if this is the case someone could have informed me this was the case and I could have made alternative arrangements three months ago. Trying to get and appoinment is very difficult I was told I could get an appointment in three weeks if I called the following Monday.
