Absolutely disgusting service the receptionists think they are the doctors! Very hard to get thru to them as I live nearby I have seen many times they are sat chatting and not answering calls also the reception staff are not qualified at all and 100% break data protection! they will not even try and see if a doctor is a alive for a call back probably as it adds to the work load they need to get rid of the Asian staff and bring in professional receptionist and yes I am Asian so I can’t be a racist now can I?? Utter disgust at the reception staff sending people upto the hospital when the hospital service is so busy atm as it | |||||||
