I would just like to give some feedback on my GP at Springfield surgery in Darwen. I try like most people not to use the doctors unless necessary but, like most people, there are times when I do need to. In every case I can get an appointment quickly and should it be urgent, every effort is made to fit me in as soon as possible. I have always been given a generous amount of time to share my concerns and symptoms and the doctors are transparent, sympathetic and reassuring. I needn’t worry about which doctor I see as they both inspire confidence. I consider myself lucky. I experience none of the difficulties friends and family relate concerning their general practitioners. I am more than satisfied with the treatment I get and the practice deserves great praise for running such an efficient and professional service. Nicholas Cornall

The Feniscowles practice and one doctor in particular have provided an excellent service for myself It is a pleasant surgery with caring empathetic staff my doctor is efficient and has a caring manner while always ensuring follow up when required. The receptionists have always enabled appointments as soon as possible and organised referrals with the doctor in a timely manner. Many thanks to this practice I am very grateful for your excellent standard of patient care.
