Worst appointment system ever. Told to call at 8 am, wait in queue only to be told there are no appointments left, this has happened 3 days in a row. Also we must call at exactly 8 everyday, it’s not acceptable to them if you call anytime after that in the same hour. When you do get through, they have the worst receptionist staff. Extremely rude. In 2021 a surgery in a position of care apparently doesn’t have an appointment system that would allow any bookings with your GP a day in advance. It has a 15-20 minute window at 8am. What rubbish!! Oh am not to mention when you do get an appointment, it will be with a nurse over the phone and not with a GP as expected. What a waste of time. This surgery should be shut down.
