awful experience when I went with a relative who was quite unwell. Very dismissive and rude GP. Couldn’t believe how the consultation was going. Disrupting the history and had no interest to help. Wanted us out the door ASAP. Felt a really let down and disappointed that a GP would behave in such a manner. There is no excuse. | |||||||

I visited today to get a travel vaccine. The nurse was running slightly behind schedule, but she was polite, apologetic about the wait and professional. Although I have limited contact with my GP as I am young and healthy I have always been pleased with the service they provide, and never had problems getting an appointment when necessary | |||||||

I have always found the surgery to be very accommodating, although it is very hard to get an appointment. Not their fault though. So much building in Fulwood they are chock-a-block. We need more GPs in this country. My lady doctor is lovely.
