My husband does not have good treatment for his two tipe diabet and high blood pressure.

The staff working in the surgery are lovely, if you actually get in to see them ! I have been there a few times and have also taken my son, and after my last experience will not go back !! If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment you are then left to wait in the waiting room for an hour plus some ! They offer a walk in service, which is fantastic, but more often than not walk-ins come in after you and get seen before you, even with an appointment. The receptionists have taken a booking for my husband knowing full well he needed an x-ray. Hubby arrived for his appointment to then be told, “we don’t have an x-ray machine here.” And the last straw was when I rung and booked my son in for an immunisation, arrived for the appointment and was told “Sorry we’ve run out of the vaccine, but we sent you a text.” This place is always over crowded and no-one seems to know what’s going on.

Doctors are all fantatsic, the majority of the reception staff are amazing and extremely helpful, however one receptionist called Tracey is disgraceful, she has had my mum in tears many times. My mum is on 50 tablets a day and speaks to the surgery daily. This woman is a bully. She speaks down to every single patient that rings the surgery.
