I moved to this surgery just over a year ago after being very unhappy with my previous surgery which i feel had deteriorated over recent years. I was nervous to move surgeries after being with my previous surgery for many years, but I can say that my nerves quickly disappeared & I knew straight away I had made the right decision. All staff, receptionists, nurses & doctors are extremely professional, caring & helpful. Even the attached pharmacy are excellent & cannot do enough to help. I would recommend this surgery to anyone & in fact have done. Well done, you have restored my faith in the service you should receive!! having joined church road practice fairly recently, i cannot praise them enough, my whole experience from my last practice ( of which I was a patient my entire life) was awful.
Church Road have restored my faith, they are so pleasant, articulate, caring, polite and so professional, i cannot praise them enough.

We moved to this surgery the end of last year the previous doctors just wanted to get you in and out as soon as possible you felt as if you were wasting their time so it's been so nice to be in a surgery where they are listening and actually feel that they want to help I would recommend any of the doctors in this surgery to anyone they are all so nice and caring plus the reception staff are all very pleasant and helpful too | |||||||
