I’ve since moved practice, I had a condition that could’ve been diagnosed a year earlier. I have been left, despite test results. I had absolutely no faith in this practice . I’m so glad for my health I’ve moved, I’ve noticed the difference both in treatment and professionalism since.

The last couple of times I've tried to call them, noone answers the phone. Interestingly, another practice I phoned in Wallasey, enquiring of them whether they were taking on new patients, was able to answer the phone very promptly. A good medical practice starts with the simple things, and having ample staff to manage the telephone line is one of those simple things. Now scoring one star might be harsh for such a simple thing, but a medical practice that can't be contacted by telephone is a non-starter for me.
