By looking at some previous reviews of this practice it seems lessons have not been learned, the staff training doesn't seem to include courtesy from the receptionists.I left this practice some years ago when a decent GP Dr G Ryan was at the helm my wife unfortunatley remained here and has recently experienced the abrupt attitude of the reception staff. Also getting to see a GP is a whole new experience telephones are either engaged or put down immediatley on answering them.By the time you do get through the appointments are taken. The whole setup is a shambles fortunatly I am with a decent GP and a practice that does care for its patients and not too far from this practice either.I certainly would think twice on registering here you may regret it.

This use to be a good doctors, however over the last few years this has increasingly got worse you can hardly get through to make an appointment. I my opinion it has got even worse this year you never see the same doctor and that is if they have one as they seem to use locoms which is not very good service.

I am sorry to read your comments about Crossway’s Practice. Recently we have been through a difficult period, where our regular Salaried GP has been on long term sick leave. This has obviously had a massive impact on providing the standard of service that we would normally provide. Unfortunately these are circumstances that are out of our control and therefore we have had to provide a service using locum GPs This has also had an impact on the amount of appointments that we can offer. It has been difficult obtaining additional cover during the holiday period, however we now have regular cover moving forward. Prior to our GP going off, we believe we have provided consistent cover over the last 1.5 years. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused during this time and we will endeavour to continue to bring the service up to standard. Thank You Practice Manager
