The Reception Staff Have basically save my life For the Past 3 - 4. Months I have been in and out of Hospital When I neededHelp the Reception Staff we’re Always there fo me. Went out of their Way to. Seen practice nurse Gill today over ongoing issues, was given her full attention and care, Examined & heard! I would like to say how lovely and attentive she was I felt much better emotionally if not physically after my consultation, I would also stress that any appointments I have had at either surgery are always thorough and not rushed and reception staff go above & beyond to help any way they can, Thank you to all at concept house & Sefton Road and mostly Gill for today. | |||||||

i used to love my surgery, the staff are lovely but with this new appointment system and my work hours it’s impossible to book an appointment or even fill out an econsult. I feel like i have just been left to deal with my problems and that i’m not allowed to get my eczema creams. I can’t even ask for a prescription, im honestly on the verge of moving doctors because this practice isn’t helping me, but i’ve been with them my entire life. | |||||||
