GPs on the whole are good to very good, but boy the reception/admin team are something else. They are less rude more recently on the phone given the fact that they know that all the calls are monitored but if you ever go to the window at the surgery then expect to be spoken too like something they have picked up from the floor by one or two of the staff (they know they are not being monitored) When you do complain about their manner the supervisor you are speaking too tries to deflect away from the points you are trying to make and deal with what you had gone in for at the start. Thats all well and good but does not assist with the need of the admin/reception team to be courteous and treat patients with respect.
