The receptionist was unable to give me an appointment with the GP on the day, so referred me to the Extended Services. She made me an appointment for the same day and the service was fabulous. Every time I visit Crosby Village Surgery, they are helpful and kind and try to do anything they can to make sure your needs are met. | |||||||

I have been completely underwhelmed and disappointed by the surgery having always seen locum GPs who appear disinterested. Reception staff have also always been poor. Today, however, I saw a doctor for the first time and she was absolutely fantastic. I felt listened to and respected. I was intending to leave the surgery as soon as possible but would stay if I felt I could see this doctor each time. She was excellent. As a bonus - the reception staff member who booked my next appointment in was also very helpful. I’d like to think this surgery is improving. | |||||||
