Please do yourself a massive favour, do not even think about signing up with this surgery. As everyone else has said, no appointments available, you have to repeat your medical history to everyone you talk to, they blame covid for absolutely everything- still avoiding seeing patients face to face without a telephone triage first and then, if they invite you in, you have to rebook a new appointment! This place is a serious risk to health and I’m sure there will come a time when a serious incident takes place due to patient neglect.

My doctor asked me to make a face to face appointment once I had my bloods taken (last Friday pm). I called in at the surgery this afternoon.to make said appointment. The lady on reception asked for my details.checked the system and said you have nothing booked. Pointed out to her that is way I am here.i want to make a face to face appointment as requested by the doctor. Could not believe my ears when she said your bloods are back all clear.what has that got to do with her anyway.. pointed out again that the doctor wanted to see me.not over the phone. One of her last statements was that there are no appointments available. I said you mean ever straight over her head. She also recommend that I call in the morning at 08.30 and see what's available for that day.. or I could come down to the surgery and sit in the waiting room.even then no guarantee that I will the doctor that wants to see me in the end told her to forget it. This has to be the worse treatment I have ever received from any public service (need to point out I have been with this surgery for just on forty years) The doctors have always been very courteous.nothing is to much for them to help you with As you will have gathered I am pissed off with the lady on reception.the doctor involved will be getting a letter from asap.
