16 weeks ago I submitted and paid for an insurance certificate to be signed by doctor. To date it has still not been signed previously similar certificate was signed within 2 days by Dr. Thompson. I am repeatedly told by staff it’s in the system. Was told by staff that a doctor was signing this form by the end of the week. To date still awaiting completion of form. This was over 3 weeks ago. STILL WAITING………. | |||||||
