My wife and myself are always treated with respect by receptionists and Doctor's even in these trying times the care has not changed. If I have to ring I always look forward to speaking to the ladies as they are polite and helpful especially Tina as she is very thorough and knowledgeable and always gets things sorted out. I would definitely recommend this practice. |

I have absolutely no problem getting through on the phone or getting an appointment. I understand the last 2 years have been very challenging for everyone and that includes all the staff at the surgery, but some patients only think about themselves. I have witnessed the ladies on reception being spoken to appallingly by some patients ie: a grown man screaming at a woman and reducing her to tears. In mine and my wife’s opinion they provide a great service. Keep up the good work. |

Firstly it takes an age to get through to the reception it is like there's no one sitting at the desk ANY time I call, the doctors seem to look like they have a bad smell under their noses when you walk in the room, I was put on pain relief for back pain 15 YEARS ago and they still don't believe that it isn't right for me despite the fact I have had MRI scans to prove that there is an ongoing problem, they have messed me around numerous times regarding appointments and other issues and the receptionist even spoke to my friend regarding my medical problem which is disgusting and so unprofessional. I was told by one of the doctors that he had other patients to deal with when there was a problem with HIS phone when he couldn't contact me for a telephone appointment, this was the last straw I joined a different surgery that same day. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SURGERY TO ANYONE!! |
