I have been a patient at Pilch Lane Surgery for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the service they provide. Receptionists are lovely, friendly and helpful. The doctors too are very professional, friendly and caring. I recommend Pilch Lane Surgery 100%. | |||||||

Asked me to phone at 8am for an appointment. Phoned and could not get through for over 15 mins. When finally got through no appointments available. Told to go to drop in. Asked if any emergency appointments as urgent need and was told no. Drop in has at least a 2 to 3 hour wait. | |||||||
