i have been trying to get through to the practice since 9am. I don't have the time, nor the patience to stay on the line holding on - Ive been 12th in the line this morning and now I am 11th in Line. The automated system doesn't even work - yet the choice is still there to select it. I have been with your practice for the past 18 years and unfortunately I feel it is time to leave your service. It is such a shame as one Dr is a fantastic doctor and I have the upmost respect for him. It is not fair that he is left to run the practice on his own and I feel it will only be a matter of time before another GP practice snaps him up. The girls on the reception are excellent and I have never had any problems with them at all. You need to sort out asap a better way to get in touch with the surgery - people dont have time to hang on the phone! Secondly we need to be able to see the GP within a normal time frame.

I've been with Gressford medical centre since I was little and now I am 34 years old. Sadly it is time to find a new doctors, You can no longer call the surgery directly which makes getting an appointment when you work full time really difficult. The new call system makes mistakes when booking you an appointment so you do not get to see the person you need to. which then has a knock on effect when you need a prescription. In a particular instance this week the doctor has not taken my view into consideration which leaves me to have to go to the work in centre after work. I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone.

Can't believe this doctors can get any worse, I rang last Thursday for a repeat prescription, got told 48 hrs until it would be ready, didn't go to pick it up until 6 days later. But nothing had been received by the chemist, phoned the surgery only to be on hold for 45 minutes, when someone eventually answered the phone, it was a man ( or boy) who was very rude , told me I only need my inhalers every 7 weeks, , to my calculations 6 shots a day, and there's only 120 shots in the inhaler, think he needs to go back to school, told him I needed it for the weekend, he said I will put it down as a emergency, when I went to the chemist at 5.30 I was told they had received it, but It had a note on it saying don't realese until Monday ??, I will be taking this further,
