I called the surgery for some test results and either the receptionist was having a bad day but she was not very helpful. What really upset me was that during the conversation she accused me of swearing at her. This upset me greatly as there is no way I would swear at any front line staff as I have too much respect for them. I tried to call the surgery back later to apologize and clear any misunderstandings but even though it kept saying I was no 1 in the queue no one answered my call. Was on my phone a total of 27 min’s !

This is potentially the worst doctors surgery in the North west if not the UK. We have had several incidents with one of the higher ranking doctors at this place, one of which lead to a lengthy stay in hospital for my daughter. The stay involved a stay is resuscitation because she completely miss diagnosed my child. All problems are swept under the rug and the blame passed on. We didn't ever receive a apology from the doctor in question just a generic letter pre wrote by a receptionist. Trying to get an appointment may take you 2 hours of repeatedly calling, then to be greeted on the other end by a rude Receptionist that clearly doesn't want to listen to you. This practice needs investigating and action taking completely under staffed with the wrong staff working there do not sign up to this doctors!!
