they never answer the phone for appointments, they keep it unplugged for hours, the worst medical practice in merseyside - a full council complain, following an official nhs complain have been made, they need a investigation to see what is happening as no one wanna do it’s job over there, some staff changes will be ongoing.

This used to be a great GP surgery but since Dr Kurzeja left (& Dr Tatiana took over?) it's gone downhill very quickly. It's VERY rare you get to see a doctor nowadays. I queued up outside from 7.45am & was fourth in queue for appointments. When I got to the desk, there were no appointments left(!) so was given one with an ANP for later that afternoon - and that's pretty much normal procedure there now. I mean no disrespect when I say that as good as the ANP's are - and they are good, some are VERY good - they're not doctors. For many years I'd have recommended this GP surgery, but not any more. It feels to me as though there's a lot of penny pinching going on and it is being put before people's health.
